TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Minimum order is $US200. Minimum quantities for each model is 5 pieces per colour, or 10 pieces in "our choice" mixed colours, Bead and Shell Jewellery. 3 pieces per model for Silver, Pearl, Murano Look and Rock Jewellery, Sandals and Belts.

To order, send an email to us stating the models and quantities you require. Also include your delivery address.

We will check our stock, and advise the time to ship. We will issue an invoice, including shipping for your order.

A deposit of 50% is required on confirmation of order. Balance and freight payable on completion of order.

No products can be released until payment in full has arrived into our bank account.

We can supply samples at the listed wholesale prices of our instock products in a mixed pack, of our choice.  Sample packs are a "our choice" that covers many styles, colours, and components. Please click on Samples Packs on the left menu.

We can make to your design. Please contact us at mail@silverfrombali.com and supply photos and sketches and detailed description of the components (shell, wood, bead etc) and we will advise details on sampling and production costs and time.

As all our products are handmade and many use natural products, variations will occur between pieces. Any variations are not defects, but part of the charm of handmade products.

If a particular ordered model is out of stock, we will substitute for a similar model/style of equal or greater value

We will only ship products via EMS Post or courier such as DHL and FedEX. We cannot send if no tracking is provided.
